Athletes train with Eagle Mount during the school day or on weekends. The training schedule is shared by Special Education case managers and Eagle Mount.
Training for State Games
Alpine ski racers are welcome to join our team at community race days at Bridger Bowl on (TBD) where we will use the course as a fun day to get some practice racing with gates.
Parents/Guardians will need to Register athletes using the link on the Bridger Bowl website on the event page. You are welcome to participate in any of the events; however, we will only have coaches there to ski as a team on (TBD) which are event numbers (TBD). Once completed, please send me a confirmation that your athlete is registered and for which days.
*Due to safety concerns, this is for athletes who ski independently and do not require adaptive equipment (if adaptive equipment is needed, please contact Eagle Mount).
We will meet at 10:00 at the bottom of Sunnyside Lift to have a warm up run as a team at 10:15. Please be there at 10:00 in your gear ready to go. After our warm up run, we will get ready to head up to the race course for course inspection at 11:00. We will remain on the race course as a team until everyone has completed 2 runs. Once everyone has finished, athletes will be released to parents/guardians no later than 2:00.
